We are seeking a
Data Intelligence Analyst/ Manager with expertise in social media analytics, social listening, and actionable insights. This role is integral to guiding our creative and strategic efforts by interpreting data to inform decision-making within the advertising sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Listening: Use tools to monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment across platforms, uncovering what resonates with the target audience.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze engagement metrics and social trends to identify patterns and provide insights that shape creative strategies.
  • Reporting Insights: Develop and deliver insights that creatives and strategists can leverage to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Act as the bridge between raw data and creative storytelling by translating analytics into actionable recommendations for various teams.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Expertise in Social Listening Platforms: Proficiency with tools like Brandwatch and Sprout Social.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to extract meaningful trends and insights from social media data.
  • Social Media Dynamics: A deep understanding of social media engagement beyond traditional analytics, focusing on user behavior and social trends.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in social-focused data roles, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence creative and strategic outcomes through data-driven insights.
