For this particular role, our client is seeking a Content Creator (Designer) who can craft visually dynamic, social-first content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennials. This position requires a blend of design, animation, and video editing skills to produce culturally relevant, trend-driven content in real time. Scope of Work


We are looking for a Graphic and Motion Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong portfolio, creativity and collaboration skills to help us craft compelling designs that make an impact. You will create high-quality, real-time, social-first content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennials.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Animation: Create dynamic visuals, animations, and motion graphics tailored for platforms like TikTok and Instagram, ensuring alignment with current trends and aesthetics.
  • Video Editing: Shoot and edit content quickly, often using a smartphone, to produce polished outputs that align with social media trends.
  • Cultural Fluency: Stay updated on pop culture, social media trends, and platform-specific formats to develop relevant and engaging assets daily.
  • End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire creative process—from ideation to publishing—in real-time.
  • Collaboration: Partner with senior designers, art directors, and other team members to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and content adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.



Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design, video, and motion skills, including experience working in fast-paced, social-first environments (not traditional advertising).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma), as well as mobile editing tools.
  • Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of platform-specific trends and formats, particularly for Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
