For this particular role, our client is seeking a Data Intelligence Manager with experience in advertising agencies who will lead data-driven initiatives to optimize client campaigns.

We are seeking a Data Intelligence Manager with a strong background in data analysis within the advertising sector. You will be responsible for driving insights from data that will shape our marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities


  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Campaign Optimization: Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure data insights align with overall campaign goals.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Establish best practices for data management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Tool Management: Oversee the implementation and usage of analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) within the agency.

Required Skills


  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Marketing Acumen: Understanding of digital marketing principles and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify trends and patterns in data that can lead to strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role within an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and marketing analytics frameworks.
